• Personal shopping trips

• Seasonal style refreshes
• Brand matching services
• Full wardrobe evaluations

3. Booking and Payment

When you book a service with us:

• You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected service
• Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed
• Prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT where applicable
• We accept payment via methods specified during booking
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Cancellation Policy

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
• Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the session without penalty
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your style questionnaire
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Communicate any concerns or preferences clearly
• Make your own final purchasing decisions
• Treat our staff with respect and courtesy

6. Our Responsibilities and Limitations

We will:

• Provide professional personal shopping guidance to the best of our ability
• Respect your preferences, budget, and style goals
• Maintain confidentiality regarding your personal information
• Act in your best interests when providing recommendations

However, please note:

• All style recommendations are advisory in nature
• Final purchasing decisions rest with you
• We are not responsible for items purchased based on our recommendations
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or transformations
• We are not liable for any dissatisfaction with items purchased during our sessions

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Phomwhvortox website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Phomwhvortox and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Retailers

When we accompany you to retail locations:

• We have no affiliation with these retailers unless explicitly stated
• We receive no commissions or payments from retailers
• Your purchases are subject to the retailers' own terms and return policies
• We are not responsible for the quality, fit, or condition of items purchased

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose your personal information or style preferences to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Phomwhvortox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your purchasing decisions

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phomwhvortox from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
